Model Execution Environment
MEE is a portal framework for patient cohort analysis. The aim of MEE is to provide a one-stop environment for large-scale studies which involve multpile runs of simulation pipelines upon a range of input cases (i.e. individual patients). Such analyses permit computational scientists to manage representative patient models, schedule HPC simulations, download results and manage experimental pipelines.
